Diocese of Orange Sponsorship and Planning
Under the leadership of the Most Reverend Bishop Timothy E. Freyer and the Very Rev. Alfred S. Baca, Episcopal Vicar and director of the Office of Ecumenism and Inter-religion, the Diocese of Orange is sponsoring the visit of one of the four Missionary Images throughout the diocese. The Missionary Image Executive Committee spent many months planning the visit of the Missionary Image to be venerated at St. Jude Medical Center, the Pro-Sanctity Spirituality Center, and several parishes throughout the dioceses from November 1 – 24, 2024.
The Executive Committee consists of Kerrie Lloyd (who was inspired to bring the Missionary Image to the Diocese of Orange), Mary Brunson, Anthony Vultaggio, Kathleen Conway, Deacon Tom Concitis, Deacon Bernie Ocampo, Ryan Kelly, Mirande Emde, Rachel Wolven-Everett, Jennifer Ott, Hope Bourman, Mike Kelly, Tim Stidham, and Marc Lombardino.
Guardian of the Missionary Image
Dan Lynch Apostolates has the privilege of being the Guardian of the Missionary Images. Mr. Dan Lynch is the Director of a nonprofit tax-exempt apostolate that coordinates the journey of the Images. He is the author of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Hope for the World, which explains the history of Our Lady of Guadalupe and her modern mission to end abortion and bring conversions in the New Evangelization. Additionally, he is the author of The Call to Total Consecration, which explains the spirituality of St. Louis de Montfort and the Holy Father’s Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary and Teresita’s Choices, a dramatic testimony of life, healing, and hope by a victim of abortion. He also produced the video Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mother of Hope! He is also a retired judge of the State of Vermont, author, public speaker, and audio and video producer and is the father of nine children.
