We Were Born Ready was created by the California Conference of Bishops to empower, equip, mobilize, resource Catholics to fulfill their baptismal call to serve women, children, and families, especially women in difficult and unexpected pregnancies.
Along with the Catholic bishops of California, the Diocese of Orange has pledged to unite our state’s life-affirming pregnancy shelters, centers, and clinics, creating an accessible statewide network to accompany women facing challenging pregnancies and in the early years of parenthood.

Walking with Moms (and all) in Need
Everyone should know how to help moms in difficult circumstances.
Walking with Moms in Need is a process through which Catholic parishes and communities “walk in the shoes” of local pregnant and parenting women in need.
While not trying to turn Catholic parishes into pregnancy centers, we can support local pregnancy centers where they exist, and we can also find and share other resources with pregnant and parenting women.
