Advance Care Planning or making informed decisions about future healthcare and serious illness and aging, especially if someone becomes unable to communicate or make choices for themselves, can be a difficult topic to think about for ourselves and our loved ones. We realize these are not the easiest things to discuss so let’s help you start he conversation on topics related to funeral planning, end-of-life, and more. Be “saved by the bell” and gain the tools to form a plan with help from our experts.
If you are part of Generation X (born between 1965 to 1980) we hope you will consider attending for yourselves as well as their parents though all adults and seniors are welcome. Come gain the tools to form a plan for the future with help from our experts.
