Lay Ministry Certification

Asset 3

Ministry certification equips the baptized to fulfill the call of God on their life in a role of service to the community. By responding to the various needs within a parish, we live out our baptismal call and extend the Church’s impact within the parish and the community. From Liturgy ministries to mental health, and many areas in between, there are a variety of options for those wanting to serve the Church more intentionally.

For those interested, the following Lay Ministry Certifications are available through the Institute:

Liturgy / RCIA / Mental Health / Eucharistic Revival / Marriage Ministry / Bereavement

“God has created me to do Him some definite service. He has committed some work to me which He has not committed to another. I have my mission…. He has not created me for naught.”

- St. John Henry Cardinal Newman
