The Diocesan Ministry Office for Youth & Young Adult Ministries exists to serve, train, resource and minister to and with the leaders of parishes, schools and centers. By providing direction, mentorship and leadership in ministry to, with, and for youth and young adult Catholics. The Diocesan Ministry ensures that youth and young adults are ministered directly and indirectly by offering an engaging and comprehensive (i.e., spiritual, emotional, social and pastoral) approach evangelizes the heart of youth and young adults in order “to empower them to live as disciples of Jesus Christ.” The Diocesan Ministry office also advocates a ministry to, with, and by youth and young adults, which “seeks to draw youth and young adults to a responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic faith community.”
