Young Adult Silent Retreat

Mission San Luis Rey | October 3-5, 2025

Step away from the noise of daily life and enter into a sacred space of deep listening, stillness, and spiritual renewal. Join us for a transformative Catholic Silent Retreat rooted in the timeless wisdom of St. Ignatius of Loyola’s Spiritual Exercises.

Over the course of several days, you’ll be guided through the rich tapestry of Ignatian prayer—meditation, contemplation, discernment, and the Daily Examen—while wrapped in the healing embrace of silence. This retreat is not an escape, but a sacred encounter. A time to hear God’s voice more clearly. A time to come home to your soul.

What to Expect:

  • Daily guided meditations based on the Spiritual Exercises

  • Opportunities for personal prayer and reflection

  • One-on-one spiritual direction with trained Ignatian guides

  • Daily Mass and Eucharistic Adoration

  • Silence in community—an atmosphere of peace and reverence

No prior experience required—just an open heart and a willingness to meet God in the quiet. Whether you are discerning a decision, seeking spiritual clarity, or simply yearning for rest, this retreat offers a holy space to be still and know that He is God.

Come. Be renewed. Be restored. Be transformed.
