Prayer of Saint Joseph
Hail, Guardian of the Redeemer,
Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
To you God entrusted his only Son;
in you Mary placed her trust; with you Christ became man.
Blessed Joseph, to us too,
show yourself a father and guide us in the path of life.
Obtain for us grace, mercy and courage, and defend us from every evil. Amen.
From the conclusion of Patris corde
O God, who in your inexpressible providence
were pleased to choose Saint Joseph
as spouse of the most holy Mother of your Son, grant, we pray,
that we who revere him as our protector on earth, may be worthy of his heavenly intercessions. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

A ti Dios confió a su Hijo, en ti María depositó su confianza,

y guíanos en el camino de la vida.
Concédenos gracia, misericordia y valentía,
y defiéndenos de todo mal. Amén.
Oh Dios, que en tu inefable providencia,
te dignaste elegir a San José por Esposo de tu Santísima Madre:
concédenos, te rogamos,
que merezcamos tener por intercesor en el cielo al que veneramos como protector en la tierra.

Kính chào Đấng Gìn Giữ Đấng Cứu Thế,
Bạn Trăm Năm của Đức Trinh Nữ Maria.
Chúa đã trao Con Một của Chúa cho ngài;
Mẹ Maria đã tin tưởng vào ngài;
Chúa Kitô đã lớn lên thành người cùng với ngài.
Lạy Thánh Giuse diễm phúc,
xin cũng hãy tỏ ra ngài là cha của chúng con
và hướng dẫn chúng con đi trên đường đời.
Xin ban cho chúng con ân sủng,
lòng thương xót và lòng can đảm,
và xin bảo vệ chúng con khỏi mọi sự dữ. Amen.
Lạy Chúa, Chúa an bài mọi sự thật khôn ngoan, dẫn chúng con đi trên những nẻo đường chúng không bao giờ nghĩ tới. Chúa đã muốn cho Thánh Cả Giuse, người thợ mộc thành Na-da-rét kết bạn với Thân Mẫu của Con Chúa. Xin cho chúng con là những kẻ được thánh nhân phù trợ ở dưới thế gian này, cũng được người cầu thay nguyện giúp trước tòa Chúa uy linh cao cả. Chúng con cầu xin nhờ Đức Kitô, Chúa chúng con. Amen.
