SUMMARY OVERVIEW: The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for multi-location full cycle payroll processing, handling day-to-day payroll matters, being the subject matter expert in payroll for the assigned locations. The ideal candidate ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations, prepares and processes payroll-related information and calculates earnings, adjustments, retroactive payments, etc., and establishes and manages all payroll-related work procedures. This position requires a highly motivated, detailed-oriented, problem solving, results-driven individual who is experienced in delivering exemplary and best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Acts as a resource and assists with overseeing the data integrity and completeness of the payroll system. Builds and cultivates relationships internally and externally where appropriate, act as organizational brand ambassador to promote our new chapter: “Better and Greater Tomorrow” by making a personal commitment to be at the service of our parishes, schools, and coworkers.
