Position Summary:
- Bilingual fluency preferred (English + Vietnamese)
- Focus on outreach, case management, and direct contact with uninsured and underinsured families and individuals in Orange County
- Work with different target populations facing medical health care insecurities to ensure they are knowledgeable, eligible, and enrolled
- Coordinate outreach activities/identify areas in need of the Health Navigator Enrollment Program
- In-office tasks, including communicating via email, telephone, or text to screen and assist individuals seeking assistance or information
