Even though St. Polycarp Church’s Family Support Center is closed due to COVID-19, parish volunteers continue to help our parishioners in need. More than 30 families have received food care packages and financial aid from the parish during these difficult times.
“I’m grateful to the volunteers who donate their time to deliver care packages to our parishioners in need,” said Fr. Michael St. Paul, pastor. “Of course they are wearing gloves, and masks, and exercising social distancing when making these special deliveries.”
According to Fr. Michael, one recipient said, “This is truly God at work.”
