Human Resources Manager – Order of the Company of Mary – Our Lady Province of the Pacific, Tustin, CA
The Human Resources Manager will work with the Provincial leadership and the different ministry site directors to ensure the Provincial region attract, retain, and develop an effective human resources capacity in support of the mission and ministries for the Order of the Company of Mary in Southern California. This position is responsible for working with the different sire directors in coordinating all aspects of Human Resources for the US Region of the Province of the Pacific. The HR manager will be responsible for carrying out, evaluating and adjusting employee programs, recommending improvement to employee relations policies and procedures in each site according to the values and principles of the Order. The ideal candidate will be charged with leading and coordinating effective HR processes in the region, including benefits management, workers compensation, payroll, hiring and terminations, employee retention, and HR compliance.
