Administrative Assistant to the Vocations Office – Pastoral Center, Garden Grove, CA

The Administrative Assistant will organize, coordinate, provide, and manage administrative and clerical support for the Vocations Office with a high degree of professionalism in a fast-paced environment that involves that involves interaction with a wide range of individuals.  Manage the Vocations Office when the director is traveling.  This is a full-time position and includes occasional evenings and weekends.
