Mission Statement:
The mission of the Department of Human Resources in the Diocese of Orange is to promote, support and respect the dignity, diversity and rights of all who labor in the name of the Church of Orange. The Human Resources Department of the Diocese of Orange exists to foster an environment that allows each employed person to carry out his or her ministry and utilize his or her talents according to God's will; to provide a mechanism to pay fair wages and benefits that are fully disclosed to all employees; to promote justice and fair treatment for each employee in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ, fully accepting the values of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church; to administer staff in compliance with applicable civil laws; and to avoid unnecessary risk to the Ordinary and the Diocese.
